Review
Saturday, February 26th,
3:00 PM - Held at The French Hen, 74136 S. Yale in
Tulsa
Guests enjoyed a review of
the 2004 Terra Madre International Conference by our local
delegates Neva Alsip of Country Garden Farms and Pam & Ron
Harris of Cabin Creek Vineyards.
Local wines were served by Cabin Creek, and
hors d’oeuvres by Richard
Clark while guests viewed pictures of
Italy and heard
first-hand stories about this unique
experience.
As you may remember, we had a
successful Harvest Celebration fund raiser event at Harwelden
Mansion to help our delegates make the trip. Special thanks to
Harwelden and the Tulsa Arts and Humanities Council for the donation
of the facility. Below are those Chefs and others who graciously
